NiccoTech Ltd - Terms and Conditions of Service
- Payment Terms All invoices are strictly payable immediately upon completion of the work or at the time of vehicle handover, unless a different payment timeframe has been explicitly agreed in writing beforehand. We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash.
- Estimates and Inspections Any quote or estimate provided is based on the initial assessment. If you book a paid Pre-Detailing Paint Inspection or call-out assessment, this fee will be fully deducted from your final invoice if you proceed with the quoted service. If, during the course of the service or repair, we discover that additional parts or labour are required, we will temporarily halt work and seek your full approval before proceeding with any extra costs.
- Warranty and Parts We stand behind the quality of our services. We provide a standard 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first) on all new parts supplied and fitted by NiccoTech Ltd, alongside a 30-day guarantee on our labour. Please note: If a customer chooses to supply their own parts for us to fit, we will not provide any warranty on those parts or the associated labour if the part fails.
- Cancellations We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your mobile appointment. Cancellations made with very short notice may be subject to a call-out fee.
- Safe Working Environment As a mobile service, the safety of our mechanics is paramount. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is parked on a safe, flat, and solid surface (e.g., a driveway or permitted parking bay) with enough clearance for our mechanic to work safely. We reserve the right to refuse work if the location is deemed unsafe or illegal.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: While we aim to stick to quoted prices, older or poorly maintained vehicles may have seized or broken fixings (bolts/screws). In such cases, where extra time or specialised tools are required for extraction, NiccoTech Ltd reserves the right to charge an additional hourly rate. The customer will be notified and asked for authorisation before any extra work begins.
- Governing Law All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by United Kingdom law.
