Your vehicle must be parked on a flat, solid surface (such as a driveway, private car park, or a quiet residential street). For strict safety reasons, we cannot perform jacking or heavy repairs on steep inclines, soft ground, or busy main roads.
Please leave enough clearance (at least 1 metre) all around the vehicle so our mechanic can safely open doors and operate jacking equipment.
We will need access to your car keys to perform diagnostics, start the engine, and complete post-repair checks. Please ensure the car has at least a minimum level of fuel.
If your car has locking wheel nuts (essential for brake and suspension repairs), please have the locking wheel nut key ready for our mechanic.
